Account Data Balance

Each Aluvia account has a data balance. This balance reflects the GB of data available for the account to use. Your data usage is deducted from your data balance.

If your Aluvia account has multiple users, all users share the account's data balance. Each user's data usage is deducted from the account data balance.

View account data balance​

Account data balance is visible in the Aluvia dashboard or via the Aluvia API.

Account data usage​

When you connect to Aluvia, you send/receive traffic through mobile data IP addresses. This traffic uses mobile data from top tier carrier networks in the US.

Usage stats include:

  • Usage per Day: Daily breakdown of total requests or GB used
  • Usage per Domain: Top domains by traffic sent/received

How data usage is calculated​

  • Both download and upload traffic counts towards your data usage.
  • Usage is measured in real time and deducted from your account balance at regular intervals.
  • If your Aluvia account has multiple users, your account data usage stats are the sum of all users' usage.

Check your data usage in the "Usage" tab in the Aluvia dashboard or via the Aluvia API.
